If a student’s Show-and-Tell video will not upload, try these steps.
1. Check the internet connection
Confirm that the device is connected to the internet. Refresh Qweebi and try uploading the video again.
2. Check the school network
If several students experience the same problem, the school’s network or content filter may be blocking Qweebi’s video-upload service.
On one of the affected computers, while connected to the same school network:
Go to check.qweebi.com.
Check whether any required Qweebi service is shown as blocked.
Take a screenshot of the results.
If upload.cloudflarestream.com is blocked, ask your school’s IT team to allow this domain. Qweebi uses it to upload video submissions.
