What to Do If You See “One or More Qweebi Services Are Blocked”

Written by Aman Bansal

Sometimes, while students are opening Qweebi in class, they may see this message:

One or more Qweebi services are blocked by your school network.

This means Qweebi is being blocked by the school’s network or firewall and needs to be unblocked by your IT team.

What to do next

Step 1: Copy the message for your IT team

On the error screen:

  • Click Copy Message for IT Team

This copies a ready-made message that includes the exact services and URLs that need to be unblocked.

Step 2: Share it with your IT team

  • If you’re a teacher:
Share the copied message directly with your school’s IT department.

  • If you’re a student:
Show this screen to your teacher so they can contact the IT team.

Step 3: Once unblocked, reload Qweebi

After the IT team allows the required services:

  • Refresh the page

  • Reopen the project or Makerspace

Qweebi should load normally.
