Qweebi offers multiple subscription plans so teachers and schools can choose an option that fits their classroom size and usage.

Free Plan

The Free Plan is designed to help you experience Qweebi fully, with one key limit:
you can run up to 2 STEM projects.

What you get with the Free Teacher Account:

  • 1 teacher license

  • Unlimited classes and students

  • Run up to 2 STEM projects of your choice

  • Built-in student progress tracking and assessment tools

  • Ready-to-use teacher resources for each project:

    • Presentation slides

    • Student handouts

    • Step-by-step teacher guide

  • Access to on-demand 1:1 online PD to help you get started confidently

The free plan is perfect for trying Qweebi with full class sizes and seeing how it works in a real classroom before upgrading.

Paid Plans

Qweebi offers three paid plans, based on student count, so you can choose what fits your teaching setup:

  • Starter
    Best for one class, small groups, or homeschool use

    Covers up to 50 students

  • Pro
    Best for teachers running multiple classes or grade levels

    Covers up to 200 students

  • Pro Plus
    Best for school-wide or program-wide STEM use

    Covers unlimited students

All paid plans include the same projects, tools, and features.
The main difference between plans is how many students are covered.
