Why can’t my students sign in to their Qweebi account?

If students can’t sign in to Qweebi, here are a few quick checks to help you identify the issue.

1. Check how your students are supposed to log in

Students can sign in to Qweebi in one of two ways, depending on how the class was set up.

Option 1: Class Code + Username

(This is used when students are added manually.)

Students should:

  • Go to make.qweebi.com

  • Click Log in as Student

  • Enter the class code and their username

Option 2: Google Sign-In

(This is used when the class was imported from Google Classroom.)

Students should:

  • Go to make.qweebi.com

  • Click Log in as Student

  • Click Sign in with Google

  • Use their school Google account

  • Make sure they are signing in with the same account used in Google Classroom

2. Double-check login details (for class code + username)

If students are logging in with a class code:

  • Make sure the class code is correct

  • Usernames are not case-sensitive

  • Extra spaces or typos can cause login issues

3. If students are using Google Sign-In and still can’t log in

Please check that:

  • Students are signing into the correct Google account

  • The student exists in the Google Classroom–imported class in Qweebi

  • Your school allows third-party apps to use Google Sign-In

👉 If a student was recently added to Google Classroom and doesn’t appear in Qweebi yet, make sure you sync the class again from your Teacher Dashboard so the student is added to the class roster.
