How to invite a colleague
You can find the invite option in two places:
The Plan widget in the bottom-left corner of your sidebar
Your Account menu in the top-right corner → Invite a colleague
Enter your colleague’s email address and click Send invite.
Want to invite multiple teachers at once? Just separate each email address with a comma.
What happens next?
Your colleague will receive an email with a link to create their Qweebi account.
Once they sign up, they’ll automatically get access to 2 free projects.
A few things to keep in mind
You can only invite teachers who haven’t signed up for Qweebi yet
You can’t invite yourself
We recommend using school or work email addresses
If an invite can’t be sent, we’ll let you know on the confirmation screen.
Does the invite link expire?
Nope. Your colleague can use the signup link whenever they’re ready.
Can I see who I’ve invited?
Not at the moment. We don’t currently show a list of sent invites in the dashboard.
