Know another teacher who might enjoy Qweebi? You can invite them directly from your Teacher Dashboard. Once they sign up, they’ll get access to 2 free projects to explore with their students.
How to invite a colleague
Click the gift icon in the top-right corner of your dashboard, next to Help.
This opens the invite modal, where you have two ways to send the invite:
1. Share it yourself
Copy a ready-made message with your personal invite link and share it however you like — WhatsApp, Slack, or your own email.
2. Let us send it
Click "Want us to send the invite for you?", enter your colleague's email address, and click Send invite.
Want to invite multiple teachers by email at once? Just separate each address with a comma.
You can preview exactly what your colleague will receive before sending by clicking "Preview what they'll receive."
What happens next?
If you shared the link yourself, your colleague can use it anytime to create their Qweebi account.
If we sent the invite on your behalf, your colleague will receive an email with a link to create their account. Since invite emails can sometimes land in spam, it's a good idea to give them a quick heads up to check their inbox.
Once they sign up, they'll automatically get access to 2 free projects.

You can only invite teachers who haven't signed up for Qweebi yet
You can't invite yourself
We recommend using school or work email addresses
If an invite can't be sent, we'll let you know on the confirmation screen.
Does the invite link expire?
Nope. Your colleague can use the signup link whenever they're ready.
Can I see who I've invited?
Not at the moment. We don't currently show a list of sent invites in the dashboard.
