Showcases let you create a curated gallery of student work to share with parents and school leaders. Perfect for STEAM nights, parent conferences, board meetings, and admin presentations.

Want to see what a real classroom showcase looks like?

Step 1: Navigate to My Showcases

From your dashboard, click My Showcases in the sidebar navigation.

Step 2: Create a New Showcase

Click the + Create New Showcase button.

Step 3: Add Showcase Details

Fill in your showcase information:

  • Title: A clear name for the showcase

  • Subtitle: Add context like grade level or class name

  • Description: Explain what students learned and what viewers should look for in the videos

Step 4: Select Student Videos

Click Add Videos and select the student show-and-tell videos you want to feature.

Tips:

  • You don’t need to include every student. Choose a few strong examples

  • Choose 6-9 videos that represent different approaches or highlight key learning

  • Videos will appear in the order you add them

  • You can reorder videos by dragging and dropping

Step 5: Add Teacher Information (Optional)

Add your name and school (e.g., "Mrs. Smith | Lincoln Elementary") to personalize the showcase.

Step 6: Preview Your Showcase

Click Preview to see what your showcase will look like before publishing.

Step 7: Publish

When you're ready, click Publish. You'll receive a shareable link you can send to parents, administrators, or colleagues. You can unpublish or update a showcase at any time.

Step 8: Copy and Share Your Link

After publishing, click Copy Link to copy your showcase URL.

Editing Published Showcases

You can edit a published showcase anytime from My Showcases > Showcase Name > Edit. The share link stays the same. Anyone with the original link will automatically see your updates.

Tips for Great Showcases

  • Be selective: Choose 6-9 strong examples rather than including every student

  • Frame the learning: Help viewers understand what students learned, not just what they built

  • Update as needed: You can add or remove videos anytime after publishing
