Go to My Classes in your Qweebi dashboard
Click Add New Class
Select Import from Clever
Click Continue with Clever and log in to your Clever account
Select the classes you want to import
Click Import — done!
✅ What happens next?
Your student roster is added automatically
Your class is ready to go
👩🏫 How do students log in?
Go to your school’s Clever portal and log in
Find the Qweebi icon on your Clever dashboard
Click the icon to be automatically signed in
🎯 That’s it! Your students will land directly in their makerspace and can start building right away.
🔄 Updating your student list
If your class was imported from Clever, Qweebi mirrors your roster. Update students in Clever, then sync in Qweebi.
To update your class:
Open Clever and update your class roster
Return to Qweebi
Go to My Classes → [Class Name]
Click Sync from Clever
Qweebi will pull in the latest student list
