How to import ClassLink Classes into Qweebi?

Save time setting up your Qweebi classes by importing them directly from ClassLink. Your student roster will sync automatically!

📝 Step-by-step guide

  1. Go to My Classes in your Qweebi dashboard

  2. Click Add New Class

  3. Select Import from ClassLink

  4. Click Continue with ClassLink and log in to your ClassLink account

  5. Select the classes you want to import

  6. Click Import — done!

✅ What happens next?

  • Your student roster is added automatically

  • Your class is ready to go

👩‍🏫 How do students log in?

  1. Go to your school’s ClassLink LaunchPad

  2. Find the Qweebi Makerspace icon

  3. Click the icon to be automatically signed in

🎯 That’s it! Your students will land directly in their makerspace and can start building right away.

🔄 Updating your student list

If your class was imported from ClassLink, Qweebi mirrors your roster. Update students in ClassLink, then sync in Qweebi.

To update your class:

  1. Open ClassLink and update your class roster

  2. Return to Qweebi

  3. Go to My Classes → [Class Name]

  4. Click Sync from ClassLink

Qweebi will pull in the latest student list.
