Need to clean up your class list? Select one or more classes and archive them in a few clicks. Archived classes are removed from your active list while all student data remains safely preserved.
đď¸ How to Archive a Class
Go to My Classes from your teacher dashboard.
Select the checkbox next to the class (or classes) you want to archive.
Click the Archive button at the top of the page.
Review the list of classes in the confirmation window.
Click Archive Class to confirm.
Thatâs it! Your selected classes will instantly move to the Archived Classes tab.
đ Where to Find Archived Classes
You can still access any archived class at any time:
Go to My Classes
Switch to the Archived Classes tab
All your class dataâincluding student progressâremains intact.
â ď¸ Important Note
Classes cannot be permanently deleted from Qweebi. When you archive a class, students will no longer be able to access it, but the class and all student progress remain saved. You can restore the class at any time from the Archived Classes tab.
