What to Do If You See “Oops! Something Went Wrong” in Qweebi

Sometimes, while students are opening Qweebi in class, they may see this message:

“Oops! Something went wrong. Some files didn’t load properly.”

This usually means something didn’t load correctly on the student’s device. Follow the steps below to resolve it.

Step 1: Try refreshing the page

In many cases, a simple refresh fixes the issue.

  • Ask the student to click Refresh

  • Or reload the browser page

If Qweebi loads correctly after this, no further action is needed.

Step 2: If the message keeps appearing, download the logs

If the error keeps appearing even after refreshing, we’ll need logs to investigate.

👉 You do not need logs from every student.

On the error screen, ask any one student who is seeing the issue to:

  1. Click Download Logs

  2. This will download a file to their device (usually a .zip file)

Step 3: Share the logs with the teacher

Since students usually don’t email support directly:

  • Ask that one affected student to share the downloaded log file with you
(for example, via Google Classroom, email, or a shared folder)

💡 If multiple students are seeing the same error, logs from one student are sufficient.

Step 4: Send the logs to Qweebi support

Once you have the log file:

  • Email it to [email protected]

  • Include:

    • Your Class name and student name whose logs you're sharing

    • When the issue occurred

    • Roughly how many students were affected

These logs help our team quickly identify what went wrong and fix the issue.
