If a student opens Qweebi in Google Chrome and sees a completely blank white screen (nothing loads at all — no spinner, no error message), it’s usually because Chrome is out of date.
Most common reason: Chrome is out of date
Qweebi currently supports Google Chrome.
If a student is using an older version of Chrome, the page may fail to render correctly and appear as a blank white screen.
How to fix it
Open Google Chrome
Go to Settings → About Chrome
Let Chrome update to the latest version
Restart Chrome
Refresh the Qweebi page
Once Chrome is updated, Qweebi should load normally.
