Parts of the Qweebi Platform

Your Qweebi platform has two parts:

1. Online Makerspace (Student Website)

This is where students and teachers go to build and test their creations — from roller coasters to robots — without needing real-world supplies. You can access the makerspace by going to make.qweebi.com and logging in using your teacher or student credentials.

👉 Access it at make.qweebi.com using your teacher or student login.

2. Teacher Dashboard

This is exclusively for teachers! This is where teachers go to find STEM projects, assign them to students, track student progress, and assess their work.

👉 Access it at app.qweebi.com using your teacher account.

Launching your first STEM project is simple with 5 steps

Follow these five quick steps to plan, run, and review your first Qweebi STEM project with your class.

Step 1: Pick a project

Head to the Project Library and choose a STEM project for your class.
Open the Overview page to see what it’s about — and if you’d like, try the project yourself before deciding to run it in class.

Step 2: Prep for it

Once you've chosen your project, it's time to prep. Go to the Prepare tab to review the lesson plan and teacher slides. You can also open the makerspace and try a few challenges yourself to see how the project works before class.

Step 3: Setup Class

From your Dashboard, go to My Classes and click Add a New Class.
You can import from Google Classroom or create one manually.
If you create a class manually, add students individually or upload a CSV.
Students in Google-imported classes will log in with Google Sign In, while others will use a username and class code.

Step 4: Assign & Run

Assign the Project:

Go to the project you’d like to assign and click Assign to Class.
Once assigned, the project will appear in your students’ Makerspace.

Share Login Instructions:

Next, go to My Classes → [Class Name] and click Share Login Instructions to copy and share student login details.

Run the Project in Class:

In class, beam up the teacher slides and walk students through the lesson.
When you reach a challenge, have them log in to Qweebi Makerspace to try it out and improve their designs.

Step 5: Review & Assess

View Student Submissions:

After class, go to My Classes → [Class Name] → Submissions.
Select a Project and Challenge, then click View Submissions to see each student’s show-and-tell video.

Give Feedback:

Click View next to a student’s name to open their submission.
Watch the video and use the rubric and comment tools to share feedback, celebrate progress, and encourage improvements.

That’s it — you’re all set! 🎉
