Students can record a short Show-and-Tell video to explain their creation and submit it to you for review. Here's how it works.

🎥 Option 1: Watch the walkthrough recording

If your students are working on a different project, you can watch one of these versions instead:

  1. Roller Coaster Projectlink here

  2. Mars Rover Projectlink here

📘 Option 2: Follow the step-by-step instructions

Here’s exactly what students do when recording and submitting their Show-and-Tell video:

1. Go to Show & Tell

Students click Show & Tell, then Record a video.

2. Allow camera and microphone access

If it’s their first time, the browser will ask to use the camera and mic. They should click Allow while visiting the site.

3. Choose recording settings

Students can choose to turn the camera and microphone on or off.

When ready, they click Start Recording.

4. Record their video

Everything they say or show is now being captured.
They can explain:

  • What they built

  • How it works

  • What they learned

5. Stop and preview

When finished, they click Stop Recording and watch the preview.

6. Name and submit the video

If they're happy with it:

  1. Enter a video title

  2. Click Submit

Once they click Submit, the video is instantly sent to you and becomes available on your Teacher Dashboard (My Classes → Class Name → Submissions) for review and feedback.

If they’re not satisfied, they can record again.

7. View their submission

After submitting, students can return to Show & Tell anytime to:

  • Rewatch their submission

  • Record a new video to make a new submission (as long as you haven’t reviewed the previous one yet)

  • Copy the link to share their recording

Their submission has already been delivered to your Teacher Dashboard for review.

That’s it!

Students are now ready to share great Show-and-Tell videos with you.
