Once students complete a challenge and submit their work, you can view and assess each submission right from your dashboard. Here's how:
👉 Steps to view student submissions:
Log in to your Qweebi Teacher Dashboard and go to My Classes.
Click “View Class” for the class you want to check.
Open the Submissions tab.
Choose the project (e.g., Roller Coaster) and the challenge (e.g., EDP Challenge) from the drop-down for which you want to view submissions, then click “View Submissions.”
You’ll now see a table with Student Name, Submission Name, Submission Date, and Status.
Click the “View” button on any student’s row to see their submission and grade it using the built-in rubric.
📝 Note: On smaller screens, some columns in the submissions table may be off-screen. If you don’t see the “View” button, try scrolling right on the table and you'll see the 'View" button. (Refer to the screenshot above for reference.)
🙋♀️ Can’t find a student’s submission?
Sometimes students record their Show & Tell video but forget to hit the Submit button in the Makerspace. If you're not seeing their work in the dashboard, this is likely the reason.
Check this article for steps to confirm whether the student has properly submitted their work — and what they need to do if they haven’t.
🎉 That’s it! You're all set to review and celebrate your students’ work. Have questions? Message us via the chat — we’re happy to help!
