If a project, challenge, or the Makerspace gets stuck on the loading screen (you see a loader, but it never finishes), it’s usually because Qweebi is blocked on the school’s network.

Qweebi is blocked on your school network.

Some school networks block services that Qweebi needs to run, which can cause the page to stay stuck on the loading screen.

How to check what’s being blocked

  1. This page will automatically check the status of all services required to run Qweebi on your network.

  2. If everything is fine, you’ll see all services marked as reachable.

  3. If something is blocked, you’ll see an error message.

What to do next

  1. Click “Copy Message for IT Team”.

  2. Share that message with your school’s IT department

This message includes the exact URLs that need to be unblocked.

Once these services are allowed on the school network, the project or Makerspace should load normally.
